  • We have a strict zero tolerance to rent arrears policy.
  • We can guarantee quarterly inspections, complete with colour photographs, these are emailed to you within 24 hours of the inspection.
  • We are fully electronic, your statement, together with any invoices is emailed to you on the last business day of each month, we can also post you a copy if you wish.
  • Our ingoing, outgoing and routine inspection reports are extremely thorough, protecting your asset.
