Moving to the coast and especially the mid north coast had always been the "seachange" dream for our family, with both myself and Donna hailing from country NSW .

A career spanning 30 years in appliance retailing where I worked as everything from shop assistant to managing a large wholesale sales team to over 10 years of running my own retail shop front, gifted me with some basic yet sound business principles....... provide unrivalled customer service, knowledgable advice, practical guidance and above all else be fair and honest in business dealings.

After 30 years of navigating the changes and challenges of the appliance game, and a realisation that the future of the industry would not hold a place for independant operators the transition to real esate seemed to be a natural course , and in June 2020 the path was laid before me by close friend and now mentor Rob Chapman Valley

Im frequently asked , whats the best thing about your job and the answer is really simple ... at the core of every real estate transaction there are 2 people, a buyer and seller both of who have their own hopes, dreams and expectations, the role of a great real estate agent is to help and make sure all parties achieve these goals in a fair, friendly and professional manner.

Further to this as a sales professional the key ideals of service, knowledge and help seem to fit this role to a greater depth than in my previous life which is a fantastic challenge, but it is the emotional reward of being crucial to the realisation of someone elses dream is for me the greatest reward and most soul satisfying.
