MITCHELLS ISLAND NSW 2430

Enjoy all the benefits of a rural lifestyle yet only a couple of minutes to the Manning River or the beautiful beaches the mid north coast has to offer.

Comprising of some 57 acres (23.12ha) of undulating grazing country with excellent water and a great body of feed ready to be stocked.

Offering 2 homes, the main being a very substantial brick and tile home facing north across the rear and overlooking the property. The second, in need of some work yet very comfortable. The property is well serviced with excellent shedding and a lovely setting.

If I can say " these vendors are very very keen to sell" look today and don't be disappointed.
