15004 Pacific Highway Nabiac, NSW 2312

We've had so many calls looking for vacant rural property; don't stress at last we've found one. To boot the owner has just inherited it and it does not suit his needs, so out it goes. That's 39.25 hectares of flat vacant land within close reach of Forster, Taree and Nabiac in the Possum Brush area. Cleared with 2 dams and shade trees. There is a great windbreak on the southern edge formed along an adjoining paper road. Power lines are overhead. Run a few cattle or horses here while you imagine then build your dream home. The owner is now making new plans, so come and inspect and decide where you see value because it's going, going, gone.
